Imagine a Thursday night after an exhausting week. You can’t wait for the weekend, but you still have Friday to make it through before being able to get some proper sleep. Still, you are comforted by the fact that you can go to bed early tonight and give yourself a break.

The sound made by analogue clocks is like a torturing method specifically devised to keep you sleepless all night. Moreover, just as you grow accustomed to it, it’s just like the little devil changes the rhythm!

As we all know sleeping is one of the crucial activities for our body, just like eating or drinking water is.
Living without it is not an option, as it affects our mental health, mood, endocrine, and other systems in our body, or better said our life overall.
